Blog Bloke Tips respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content published on blogbloke.com infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to us.
Filing a DMCA Complaint
To file a valid DMCA notice, please send a written communication to [email protected] that includes the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- The specific URL or location on our site where the allegedly infringing material is located;
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
We reserve the right to remove any content that is alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
